Deputies arrest man in murder of Dale County woman
Dale County Coroner John Cawley said either a friend or family member found the victim’s body after she failed to show up for work.
OZARK, Ala. (WTVY) -A Headland man faces murder charges accusing him of brutally murdering a woman whose body was found in her Dale County home this weekend.
Authorities booked 29-year-old James Johnson into the Dale County Jail at about eleven Sunday night, records reveal.
Dale County Sheriff Mason Bynum identified the victim as 57-year-old Sherry Clark of a Headland address.
Sources at the scene said the attacker brutally killed the woman who suffered stab wounds at her Dale County Highway 79 home near Midland City.
