A mother is mourning the loss of her daughter, who was shot and killed allegedly by her boyfriend while they were traveling in Payson on Saturday morning. Serena Honanie said Keonna Honanie had just celebrated her 20th birthday a couple of weeks ago and described her as a “very special daughter, sister, niece and friend.” Keonna was shot in the head during a fight inside an SUV with her boyfriend and later died at the hospital.
