Ozark man arrested after fight and shots fired

OZARK, Ala. (WTVY) -- Police say an Ozark resident was arrested after a reported fight and shots fired.

Ozark Police responded Monday just after noon, to a report of a fight with gun shots on Dixie Drive.
Police found there had been several people fighting and some left before they arrived. Ozark Police issued a be on the lookout (BOLO) for the suspects' vehicle. When officers found the suspect vehicle several people fled on foot into some woods near Andrews Ave and Meadowlake Drive.

After apprehending several people, and interviewing those involved, one man was arrested.

Howard Lenn Mundy, 33 years old, of Ozark was arrested and charged with firing into a building, eluding police, and marijuana possession 2nd degree.
