Christian preschool employee charged with soliciting a minor
PICKENS COUNTY, S.C. (FOX Carolina/Gray News) - Police in South Carolina said an employee at a Christian school was arrested on charges of soliciting a minor.
According to the Easley Police Department, Heather Nichole Hill was arrested Friday.
Police said Hill was charged with criminal solicitation of a minor and eight counts of disseminating obscene material to a person under 18.

Police confirmed Hill was employed at Siloam Christian Preschool in Easley.
“We are aware of a situation involving one of our employees at Siloam Christian Preschool. The safety and well-being of our students is of utmost importance to us. Members of the preschool leadership team, as well as church officials, met Sunday afternoon and took immediate action to terminate this person’s employment. The preschool and church have also contacted the Easley Police Department to investigate at their discretion and have pledged full cooperation throughout the process,” Siloam Christian Preschool said in an online statement.
A judge set Hill’s bond at $10,000 on each charge, according to jail records.
Police said the investigation is ongoing.
