Shooting claims life of Eufaula man
An investigation led Eufaula Fire and Rescue and Coroner Chip Chapman to believe Russaw died as a result of gunshot wounds.
DOTHAN, Ala. (WTVY) - A Friday night shooting has caused the death of a Eufaula man.
According to a press release from the Chief of Police Steven Watkins of the Eufaula Police Department, police responded to a call at about 10:29 p.m. Friday night. When officers arrived, they found the subject, 48-year-old Eric Russaw, had sustained multiple gunshot wounds to his upper body.
An investigation led Eufaula Fire and Rescue and Coroner Chip Chapman to believe Russaw died as a result of the gunshot wounds.
