Teen arrested and charged with vehicle break-ins

ENTERPRISE, Ala. (WTVY) — A teen has been arrested in connection to a few vehicle break-in cases.

19 year-old Cody Sellers was confronted by Enterprise Police after some calls were made around 3:40 Friday morning about a suspicious person. It happened in the 300 block of South Oak Ridge Drive.

Sellers tried to run away from officers during an interview. He fought with them before being arrested.

Officers found out that Sellers stole a vehicle from Hartford and several items from the vehicles.

Sellers is charged with attempting to elude, resisting arresst, unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle, first degree receiving stolen property, carrying a concealed weapon, and using false identity to obstruct justice.

He was taken to the Coffee County Jail. Other charges may be pending.
