DOTHAN, Ala. (WTVY)- Southeast Alabama Works held a healthcare cluster to discuss issues in the workforce.

The cluster featured a round table discussion on a variety of job-related issues.

One is the struggle to find nurses for area hospitals, another finding teachers for long-term health care.

Most issues came down to funding.

Jeff Brannon, The CEO of Wiregrass Medical Center Geneva AL says "It's going to require our legislator both on the national and the state level, the department of education and then just business and industry just talking about the facts of what realities we face from a workforce perspective".
