DOTHAN, AL. (WTVY) - Representatives from more than 175 businesses and education packed the Dothan Country Club Wednesday afternoon for the 3rd annual Mayor's Luncheon.

The event is hosted by Christian Brothers Network and emceed by WTVY's very own Reginald Jones.
It's designed to benefit students with scholarships who attend public schools in Henry, Houston, Dale, Geneva and Coffee Counties.

"We have a lot of varied amounts of scholarships that are going towards two and four year degrees. There's even some going for vocational or career tech. We're trying to get as much monies as we can to continue their education" said Mayor Mark Saliba.

Christian Brothers Network is very appreciative of the support that the Wiregrass community is providing students as they prepare for their future.
