DOTHAN, Ala. (WTVY) -- Downtown Dothan continues to grow.
Soon you will have a new outdoor venue to enjoy lunch.
Blue Moon Cafe on Foster Street closed its doors last month to move into a bigger space right across the street.
Attached to the property is a courtyard.
Once the courtyard opens this spring the restaurant will be able to host family events throughout the year.
“We plan on resuming the gumbo cook-off and we want to do some caroling in the courtyard for Christmas for families... free family event. We all types of things that we are going to start once we getting everything going,” says the restaurant’s owner Janna Holland.
While the store is closed you can enjoy Blue Moon dishes and support another local business by visiting Folklore Brewery on Sundays from 1 to 6 p.m.
