COTTONWOOD, AL (WTVY) -- Another roadblock for the Cottonwood High School Baseball Complex.
In the battle to improve the facility, the Houston County Board of Education met late this afternoon to discuss whether to accept the current bid of more than $370 thousand or re-bid on providing proper utilities and new facilities.
Houston County Superintendent, David Sewell says "The problem is that there's no bathrooms down there. They're using port-o-potties. There's not a dressing room, there's no storage buildings."
The Board of Education will meet again on Monday December 11th at the Houston County Career Academy. The meeting will be open to the public.
