Amnesty court offered in Dothan

DOTHAN, Al. (WTVY) -- The Dothan city commission approved having amnesty court two times a year.

This lets people with outstanding tickets or warrants, come in and pay them with no fear of a late fee.

Dothan commissioner David Crutchfield says, “There is a lot of outstanding warrants out there and it takes a lot to go round everyone up, so this is a way to clean up some of the things we have outstanding."

Amnesty court will be offered in February and March.
