Black History is important for several reasons. One, it remind us of our past, a proud past of overcoming adversity..obstacles in so many individuals and leaders to be proud of and to inspire by a Black man ourself. And it also reminds us of the future while we've made a lot of progress as a people as a whole black, white and all races. We still have a long way to go, we still have a long way to go in social justice and how we view people, stereotypes, and everything that suppresses our people, if you will. So, we must all continue to fight and not only recognize history but work twice as hard for the future and those who have paved the way on what it looks like to lead and inspire our young generation and at the end that matters the most is our future Black people our people in our history who are being constantly reason so I continue to want us all to continue and continue that fight.
