The tractor trailer involved caught a low wire, resulting in power lines down on U.S. Highway 231 South/South Oates Street near Southgate and Inez Road.

The victim, found at a Rock Creek Road home, was apparently stabbed to death in a domestic dispute, according to those with direct knowledge of the circumstances.

Troopers are currently investigating the scene.
