Eight Enterprise High School Wildcats signed Wednesday

ENTERPRISE, Ala. (WTVY) -- Eight Enterprise High School Wildcats signed Wednesday to pursue their education and athletic career on the college level.

Gage Anderson received a tennis scholarship to attend Wallace State Community College in Hanceville.

Jordan Colacicco received a scholarship for cross country and will be attending Auburn University at Montgomery.

Two cheer scholarships were awarded to Madison Gray who will attend the University of South Alabama and Kylie Himes who will attend Coastal Alabama.

Gwen Mitchell will attend Enterprise State Community College on a basketball scholarship.

Ja'Juan Hayes and Randale Holloway will both attend Enterprise State Community College on a basketball scholarship.

Connor Purvis will also be attending Enterprise State Community College on a baseball scholarship.

EHS Athletic Director Trent Trawick said, “Any time we see our student-athletes accomplish something like this it's an honor and a privilege to recognize them. They work hard and countless hours over the years in preparing for this moment, and it's just a joy to see them succeed and continue playing the sport they have a passion for."

This was the second signing day for students at Enterprise High School this year.

The first was held back in February.
