Wiregrass Food Drive needs more donations
A food drive organizer is asking the Wiregrass to step up and help those who need it most in our community.
The Wiregrass Food Drive hosted by Kevin Shoun Realty with Keller Williams Realty Southeast Alabama has not picked up any momentum.
Shoun is asking the public for donations of ten nonperishable items to benefit the Wiregrass Area Food Bank.
Those that donated are entered to win a Yeti cooler filled with goodies.
The drive kicked off the first of the month and you have until the end of the month to donate at four locations.
“By donating the items we can then plus up the food bank so they can provide the appropriate food to those that are less fortunate,” says Shoun.
