Houston (CBS News) -- Tropical Storm Harvey left thousands of people fleeing their homes across Texas with many ending up in shelters salvaging little to nothing of their belongings. To enlighten the mood of of one shelter in Houston Texas, 'Spider-Man' went around greeting Harvey victims ranging from adults to children.

Spider-Man himself is a victim of the flood as he shares his story of being trapped in his truck without food and water before he got help. But he gives all the credit to the volunteer workers saying that he's "just a guy in a suit and they're (the other volunteers) out here doing the real work".
