Lowndes County, AL (WTVY) Alabama Governor Kay Ivey, keeping with tradition, pardoned two Thanksgiving turkeys brought to her state owned mansion on Monday.

Those birds came from Bates Turkey Farm, a family owned business that has been around for nearly a century. The way that company started makes one interesting tale.
