DOTHAN, AL. (WTVY) - Free health screenings, nutritional services, and other health resources were made available Saturday morning at the Ordinary People Society's community health fair.
The theme for this year's health fair was ‘March for Your Health’.
The event started with children marching from Churches' Chicken…all the way down to the T.O.P.S Empowerment and Advocacy Center.
At the center different vendors were set up offering free testing for some of the following: blood, eyes, ears, and blood sugar.
Kenneth Glasgow with T.O.P.S. Empowerment and Advocacy Center says "We had a real, real fun-filled day! I mean, it's all about health and healing...that's where we are, that's where T.O.P.S. is at, and that's what T.O.P.S. is all about."
The kids who participated in the free HIV and AIDS testing received a free pass for Xtreme Aire Trampoline Park.
