The plane arrived to pick up and transport restored historic mission control consoles back to Johnson Space Center in Houston, Texas.

The consoles, which were restored by the Cosmosphere's Spaceworks division, are the centerpieces of an entire restoration of the mission operations control room.

The restoration is set to be complete by July of 2019, in time for the 50th anniversary of the moon landing.
