DOTHAN, Ala. (WTVY) -- The Ross Clark Circle expansion is underway in Dothan. The first phase of construction started three weeks ago.
Construction can have the potential to slow down business for stores, but one business owner says this has had a positive impact on her business.
“The large crepe myrtles that were on the circle were removed and were sad to see them go,” said Miriam Sellers, Dothan AR Workshop Owner. “However; it has opened up the front of this shopping center and now customers can see our storefront.”
According to the Alabama Department of Transportation, the first phase of this project is expected to be completed by next spring.
