The company says its pizza-making robot can turn out up to 120 custom pizzas an hour, compared to as many as 40 an hour by a human pizza chef.
This type of robot is usually seen in factories.
It has three arms to spread tomato sauce on the pizza dough, put the pie in the oven, slide it into a cardboard box and cut the pizza.
But it's not all about speed.
The French inventors say all the ingredients offered to customers are organic and carefully selected in france and italy.
They say it could be used like a traditional vending machine, serving up a freshly cooked pizza at any time of the day or night.
They plan to franchise their concept outside of France as soon as next year.
The pizza robot hasn't yet left its showroom just outside Paris. The company, Ekim, is looking for a place in the French capital to install one.
