Dothan, AL (WTVY)-- Update: A suspect arrested in Eufaula. He is 24-year old Howard Tremaine Grant of Dothan. He faces Attempted Murder, Shooting Into an Occupied Building, and Criminal Mischief charges. Grant was also arrested for shooting into a building earlier this year.

A man suffered non-life threatening injuries when he was shot Thursday. That shooting occurred at a Dollar General store in Dothan.

The victim and suspect argued in the parking lot of an adjacent supermarket, police said.

“That altercation carried over (to the Dollar General store) where the suspect fired approximately three rounds into the (front) glass door,” Dothan Police Lieutenant Lynn Watkins told WTVY.

Customers and employees inside the store were unharmed. The glass in the front door was blown out by the shots.
