Original article by Ken Curtis:

A man was killed Sunday night in a two-vehicle accident south of Dothan. Houston County Deputy Coroner Ben Earnest identified the victim as Eric Anthony Martinez, 30, of Enterprise.

The wreck occurred at the intersection of South Park Avenue and Battles Road in the Rehobeth area. No other injuries were believed serious.

Initial indications are that one of the cars involved ran a stop sign though an official statement from Alabama State Troopers had not been released at the time this article was published.

Martinez was the second traffic death to occur in the area in the past three days. Donnie Gene Blackburn, 57, of Taylor, died along Alabama State Highway 105 Friday in a single vehicle crash.
