Landmark Park hosts old-fashioned Christmas
Kids got a taste of what an old-fashioned Christmas was like at Landmark Park on Thursday morning.
"Christmas Past" is the latest of the Homeschool Days hosted by Landmark Park.
The kids tasted apple cider, played with old-fashioned toys like the Jacob's ladder and the ball-and-cup, and sat around a warm fireplace while being read "The Night Before Christmas".
The also made three different kinds of ornaments and hung them on a community Christmas tree, similar to the way it was back in the day when families didn't have their own Christmas tree.
