Authorities: Missing Houston County teen has been found

WTVY has just confirmed that a missing teen has been found. The Houston County Sheriff's Office says that 14-year-old James Williams Jr., who went missing this morning, is okay and safe.


Family members tell WTVY that James Williams Jr. was last seen this morning.

He is 6”1” and around 140 pounds.

James is 14 years old and has Asperger’s syndrome according to his family.

He was seen this afternoon near Adventure Land on Dothan’s West side.

James was last seen wearing a red shirt and shorts.

The Houston County Sheriff’s office has confirmed to WTVY that they are working a runaway juvenile case. They also say the teen they are searching for has a type of autism.
