ABBEVILLE, Ala. (WTVY)- Henry County Commissioners voted to get repairs done on County Road 6.
The road sustained substantial damage during Hurricane Michael.
Repairs are estimated at around $100,000, which qualifies for FEMA reimbursement.
Commissioners unanimously approved the repairs and will now start the bidding process.
David Money, the Henry County Probate Judge says "Hurricane Michael really did a job on it so, its something that we really need to get started on pretty quickly, and we are just extremely grateful that FEMA saw it fit to reimburse us for that".
