DOTHAN, Ala. (WTVY) COVID-19 stopped the festival from physically happening on Foster Street, but it’s not stopping all of the fun.

Premier Entertainment Group is partnering with Downtown Dothan Redevelopment Authority for “Live from Downtown,” a quarantine foster fest alternative.

There will be a live stream of music and DJ’s in downtown.

You can get in on the fun right from home by logging onto Facebook and watching it.

DDRA encourages you to create online watch parties and do your favorites line dances to the music in your living room.

“We’re really trying hard to follow CDC guidelines and ADPH, but still be able to bring some fun and excitement to the people in our community. I know that’s much needed right now,” says DDRA director of merchants and marketing Jessica Parker.

The virtual concert is Friday night from 6:30 to 8:30.

The live stream will be posted on Premier Entertainment Group, Foster Fest and Visit Dothan’s Facebook pages.
