PANAMA CITY, Fla. (WJHG) -- The Hurricane Michael death toll in Florida continues to climb.
The number of fatalities has increased from 47 to 49. This is following the recent deaths of Liberty County High School's baseball coach Corey Crum and his wife Shana Crum.
The couple died after being electrocuted while volunteering to repair the school's baseball field scoreboard which was damaged by the hurricane.
This brings the total deaths in District 2, which includes Liberty County, to 14.
