Dothan man arrested for soliciting young family member

A Dothan man faces charges that he solicited sex from a young family member.
Police say using social media, 48-year-old James Stephens offered a 15-year-old girl money in exchange for sex.
Stephens also has other legal issues.
He didn't show up for court on a felony marijuana charge.
Because of that, he's held without bond in the Houston County Jail.
