DOTHAN, Ala. (WTVY) -- You can’t be your best without a great breakfast.
That’s why the Parent Teacher Student Organization, PTSO at the new Dothan High School, made sure teachers, staff and administrators started the school year with full bellies.
They were treated to biscuits and gravy, muffins, donuts, fresh fruit, orange juice, and coffee.
Sister’s Soul Express and Panera Bread provided the food and drinks.
The PTSO set up the buffet ahead of the open house Monday morning, in hopes of welcoming in the new school year, and getting everyone off on the right foot.
“So, we got that set up this morning just to kind of give a little pep to their step this morning and add a smile to their faces,” said parent and PTSO member, Jennifer Robinson.
“To help them get this school year started off to a great start,” Robinson said.
The Dothan High School PTSO is also seeking corporate and business sponsors this year.
Any monetary donation is appreciated.
