Montgomery (WTVY)-- Hours after revealing the fist coronavirus case in Coffee County, the Alabama Department of Public Health has backtracked. A release said that case should have been attributed to another county.

As of Thursday morning, there are 466 confirmed cases in the state though several counties, including Coffee, have none. Others include Geneva, Henry, Dale, Barbour, and Covington counties.

Statewide, there have been two deaths attributed to COVID-19, both in north Alabama.
