Coffee Co. Emergency Preparedness Fair set for September 9

By  |

Enterprise, AL (WTVY) -- Coffee County Emergency Management Agency (CCEMA) and Coffee County Community Emergency Response Team (CC-CERT) one-day 6th Annual Emergency Preparedness Fair and Safety Saturday is Saturday, September 9, 2017, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Enterprise Civic Center, 2401 Neil Metcalf Road, Enterprise, Al.

With nearly 40 vendors, Johnson says Coffee County's Emergency Preparedness Fair is the first step in educating yourself and your family about safety.

New venue location! Lots of room for both indoor and outdoor displays!

This event is a fun-filled day of adventure and education for the whole family featuring disaster preparedness information, ideas and supplies as well as appearances by the Coffee County CERT mascot and Sparky the Fire Dog. Special area for children to learn all about disaster preparedness.

ORGANIZATION/VENDOR SPACES: There is NO FEE to reserve space; however, if you are selling a product, we request that you offer a discounted price on one or more of your products for attendees of the Fair.

We also encourage each organization/vendor to donate one "raffle" item, which will be used as an hourly door prize.

We would like a variety of public and private organizations/vendors that will provide emergency preparedness information to the citizens in our community and surrounding area.

SET UP: Your organization/group is responsible for set-up and take down of your area. Electrical power is available to a limited amount of spaces (outdoors), first come first served. Plenty of electrical power is available for indoor displays. Single spaces are 10 X 10 but we can provide more if needed.

Also looking for SPONSORS, please let us know if you were like to be a sponsor!
