A Geneva County judge has ruled there is sufficient evidence to send charges against two people implicated of sex crimes to a grand jury.

19-year old Steven Anthony Jackson, the baby's one year old father, is accused of performing sex acts on his daughter while the girl's grandmother, 41-year old Lisa Williamson, videotaped those acts. Investigators claim that Williamson also streamed that video to a porn site.

Jackson is Williamson's former son-in-law. Both live in the Hartford area.

During a hearing Wednesday, an internet crimes expert testified about evidence in the case and the investigation that began after authorities received a tip from out of state.

Afterwards, District Judge Stephen Smith found probable cause exits that the crimes occurred and sent the cases to a grand jury.

Williamson is charged with Permitting a Child to Engage in Production of Obscene Material, Sex Abuse of a Child, Production of Child Pornography, Dissemination of Child Pornography, and Possession of Child Pornography.

Jackson is charged with Production of Child Pornography and Sodomy First Degree.

Both are held in the Geneva County Jail.
