COVID-19: Dothan Utilities locations moving to drive-thru only
Dothan Utilities is moving their brick-and-mortar payment services to drive-thru only, as preventative action against COVID-19.
In a Monday release, Dothan Utilities says, "As a precaution due to the coronavirus, Dothan Utilities will offer limited access at our collections office restricting transactions to our drive-thru windows. This is for protection of both our customers and staff."
They also say they are closely monitoring the fluid coronavirus situation, as to be able to meet customer's needs.
