Bama RV has been working with The Ark Dothan since 2017. They have funded their food bank, giving $200,000 worth of food to the organization.

The Ark recognized Bama RV for their help by presenting them with a plaque.

Bama RV General Manager Eric Moore says the recognition is not why he helps out.

“We want to, you know, put it out there we’re not asking for the recognition. Of course, it feels nice I’m not gonna lie to you, we’ve enjoyed it, but we don’t do it for the recognition," Moore said. "We do it because it’s something we feel like we need to do, and that’s just something we’re going to do.”

According to The Ark, Bama RV has helped to serve over 6,000 families in the Wiregrass.
