All remaining performances of ‘Wicked’ canceled due to building collapse

NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) - Due to the collapse at the Hard Rock Hotel on Canal St., in the vicinity of the Saenger Theater, all remaining performances of the Broadway show Wicked will be canceled.

The show was set to run through October 20.

All ticketholders will be refunded through their original point of purchase.
A partial collaspse of the building happened when a crane fell over on Saturday morning.

The Saenger is in an evacuation zone near the construction site.

For all tickets purchased through Ticketmaster (either online or via phone), refunds will be given automatically. If you purchased tickets in person at the box office, please return to the Saenger Theater box office for a refund. The box office hours are 10 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday - Friday.
