Minor damage in Coffee County after Wednesday morning storm

COFFEE COUNTY, Ala. (WTVY) -- Coffee County suffered damage from Wednesday's storm, but the Coffee County EMA says no injuries have been reported.

Bleacher blown into the fence at the softball field of the New Brockton Sportsplex

New Brockton and Elba had a few areas of damage.

It was mostly strong winds and heavy rain that hit the area causing downed trees, but two businesses in Elba had significant roof damage and faced flooding issues.

The New Brockton Sportsplex did have noticeable damage.

A set of bleachers were lifted into the fencing, part of the dugout roofing was blown over the outfield fence and the batting cages were ripped down.
