Elba police makes arrest in Sunday shooting
ELBA, Ala. (WTVY) --
Elba Police have made an arrest in a weekend shooting that left a former police officer injured.
58-year-old Ozell McNabb is charged with attempted murder and discharging a firearm into an occupied dwelling.
The shooting occurred at a home on Guyton Street around 4:30 Sunday afternoon.
The victim in the shooting has been identified as Michael Juan Patrick, a retired law enforcement officer, who is currently listed in critical condition.
The shooting is still being investigated by Elba police.
