The scene occurred just before 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday behind a private residence in Miramar Beach, Florida located on Beach Drive.

Walton County Deputies report that several witnesses on the beach were able to pull 54-year-old Timothy Browne from the beach water after he had gone in to help a young boy, but Browne was not responsive - and found slumped over in the water.
