Patti Rutland Jazz-Dance Company’s opening night is here amid changes for COVID

DOTHAN, Ala. (WTVY) - The Patti Rutland Dance Company’s shows run from February 10th through the 13th. The performance is being held at the Cultural Arts Center with social distancing in the crowd.
