Bama Fever-Tiger Pride preps for possible Alabama win
If Alabama wins the store is hopeful to have some new merchandise Tuesday morning at 10:00 a.m.
DOTHAN, Ala. (WTVY) - Alabama will face Ohio State in the College Football National Championship Monday night.
If Alabama comes out on top, fans will get to continue the tradition of going to fan stores and purchasing the winning merchandise shirts. Bama Fever-Tiger Pride manager, Michelle Campbell, said score shirts are expected to be available upon opening with several designs, short sleeve, long sleeve and even youth sizes. She said the sideline merchandise that is seen with the players will take a couple of days to come in.
Campbell said they have seen an increase in sales due to Alabama’s near perfect season. She said they expect a crowd of fans Tuesday morning if the game falls in Alabama’s favor.
Campbell said the pandemic has changed how fans have shopped and what they are looking for, but the store adapted.
“Starting in July usually we have the sales where people are buying and getting ready for the ball games,” Campbell said. “They’re not doing that this year with 25 percent only allowed in the stadium, so we revamped and started doing t-shirts for people to tailgate in at home, so the nice ladies dress shirts and men’s shirts we kind of scaled down from that.”
Bama Fever-Tiger Pride opens at 10 a.m.
