SYNOPSIS – Today will feature rainy, dreary conditions with temperatures struggling in the 40s across much of the area. Clouds will be slow to break Tuesday behind the departing system, leaving temperatures again much cooler than average. Sunshine and tolerable temperatures return Wednesday with plenty of sunshine for Thursday. A few light showers will be possible on Friday with an approaching, weak low-pressure system.
