ENTERPRISE (PR) – The Southeast Alabama Community Foundation (SACF) on Friday announced the establishment of the Logan Tullis Memorial Scholarship. The scholarship was created in memory of Logan Tullis, an Enterprise, Alabama resident, who passed away on July 16, 2020.

Logan was a student at Coppinville Junior High School. An ideal student to have, a faithful best friend to those in his life and dedicated to his family; he loved those close to him and spread kindness at every opportunity. Logan was an ideal student to have and spread kindness everywhere he went. Logan enjoyed learning anything and everything. He also had a love for video games, coding and aspired to be a developer one day.

“He was what people called a great kid. An ideal student to any teacher.  A great friend to any classmate.  An easily loved nephew & grandson to his aunts, uncles, and grandparents.  And, of course, a dream son and brother to us and Collin,” said his parents, Terri and Jimmy Tullis.

A $1,500 scholarship will be awarded in memory of Logan Tullis to a graduating Senior in Coffee County, Alabama. This student must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 as confirmed by their high school transcript.  Applicants will submit an essay discussing the steps that they have taken or plan to take in their life to ensure that their contribution to the world will make a positive impact in the lives of others A minimum of 2 recommendation letters from non-relatives must also be submitted.  Additional criteria can be found online at Students can apply online at beginning on December 1, 2020.
