Week 2 Player of the Week Voting

DOTHAN, Ala. (WTVY) - Voting is open for the Week 2 WTVY Player of the Week. Three deserving athletes named this week’s nominees.

Slocomb running back Jaylen Nobles rushed for 206 yards on 11 carries and four touchdowns. He also added a 56-yard receiving touchdown and forced a fumble on defense in the Red Tops 63-20 win over Northside Methodist.

G.W. Long quarterback Kobie Stringer rushed for 215 yards and three touchdowns in the Rebels win over Elba. Stringer also had a 25-yard touchdown pass and nine tackles on defense.

Geneva County running back Emmanuel Henderson led the Bulldogs on the ground in their win over Cottonwood. Henderson finished the game with 224 yards rushing on 12 carries with three touchdowns.
