DOTHAN, Ala. (WTVY) - The Providence Christian Eagles have experienced their most successful seasons over the last two years. The Eagles have had back-to-back 10-plus win seasons and have advanced to at least to the 2nd round of the playoffs each of the past two years. So, what does head coach Kenny Keith and the Eagles have in store for 2020?

14 seniors set to lead the way for the Eagles this year.

The Eagles play in one of the toughest regions in the area, but it will look a little different this year.

Out are Pike County, Geneva, and Straughn. Enter New Brockton and Daleville to the Class 3A, Region 2 ranks.

Keith hopes the Eagles’ recent success can carry over to the new season.

“Hopefully winning is contagious. Everybody wants to win,” said Keith. “The kids have bought in to what we do. We do what we do. They get tired of hearing that. It works for us and they bought into that. Hopefully we can keep doing it and keep winning.”

Providence opes up the season against the Rehobeth Rebels.
