Tropical storm Hanna is expected to make a landfall in southern Texas this afternoon. Steady, and heavy rainfall are going to be associated with this storm. Impacts will not occur in the Wiregrass. However some leftover moisture from Hanna will linger into our atmosphere by next week. Increasing our rain chances.

Gonzalo has been fighting off hazardous conditions for tropical storms. (Some dry air, inland forces, and dust) The storm structure is remaining fairly unorganized and will encounter some struggle once it enters the caribbean. There still remains a possibility for strengthening depending on certain factors. The storm is still far away, but we will continue to monitor updates!

Our next disturbance we are watching is a tropical wave off the western African coast. This is typical for this time of year. It is likely that this system will take the same path as Gonzalo, which will require some monitoring as well.
