DOTHAN, Ala. (WTVY) -It all began in his house here in the Wiregrass, then outgrew the small business incubator. Now Todd McGarvery has a building to call his own.

“He built your business like you’re supposed to he started in his house spent three years in a incubator and here he is a few years later.,” says Mayor Bob Bunting - Ozark Mayor

While emotions were running high, all of the hard-work and years put into this business are paying off.

“I expect the adrenaline to drop soon and i’ll probably fall over but all kidding aside it’s been a good experience it’s been hard there’s been some things to overcome but at the end of the day it’s all worth it,” said Todd McGravery - owner of Globalstar Aerospace,LLC.

Globalstar Aerospace, LLC is a federal aviation administration certified repair station.

“All of our customers are foreign military users of us military equipment and we support the maintenance and overall repair to those platforms because it is difficult for those customers to get support from the US companies because they are so tied up with the us military,” said McGravery.

While it may be homed in Ozark it will help the entire Wiregrass.

“It’s a great day for Ozark a great day for the county for all of the Wiregrass cause it really is a team and the employment the people that we need will come from all over the Wiregrass to work in this facility,” Bunting said.

And team work is what made today possible.

“The city just bent over every way if there was ever a obstacle either Mr.Watson or the city or the economic development moved whatever there was to try to make this happen for us and we couldn’t have done it without them.”

Globalstar Aerospace found their home in Ozark Corporate Park.
