If you are already back to school shopping, you are in luck!

Enterprise has a back to school bash this Friday to kick off tax free weekend.

Enterprise downtown merchants will be extending their store hours for shoppers.

Some stores will also have giveaways and discounts on some items.

“We’re encouraging the community to come and shop downtown with us July 17 from 4:30 to 9,” said Enterprise Main Street Director Cassidi Kendrick. “Get ready to go back to school buying all your clothing and accessories.”

The Enterprise Public Library will be hosting a pop-up event with several organizations around coffee county for extracurricular activities in the fall for children.

"This provides an opportunity for all the kids regardless of how they are going to be receiving their education under this new normal but having everything housed here at the library everyone can come out and register," said Enterprise Public Library Director Shelia Harris.

Again, the bash will be from 4:30 to 9 on Friday night.

The pop-up event at the library will be from 5 to 6:30.
