SYNOPSIS – The combination of upper level energy and a sea breeze front will yield higher overall rain chances later this afternoon. Look for showers/thunderstorms to initiate in the Panhandle late morning rolling into Alabama and Georgia this afternoon, high time for rain will be between 2-6pm for areas north of the Florida line. Rain chances dip significantly for the remainder of the week and high temps are forecast to be in the middle to upper 90s.

TODAY – Areas of fog then partly sunny, widespread scattered showers and thunderstorms developing this afternoon. High near 93°. Winds SW at 5 mph.

TONIGHT – Rain comes to an end then partly cloudy. Low near 74°. Winds variable at 5 mph.

TOMORROW – Mostly sunny and hot. High near 96°. Winds ESE at 5-10 mph.
