Alabama Drought Conditions Expanded


The latest U.S. Drought Monitor report shows drought conditions have expanded in Alabama.

According to the report, about 45-percent of the state is abnormally dry.

The dry spots are mostly across the central and southeastern parts of the state.

Henry County is considered to be in moderate drought.
